Com ripoff victimized many consumers

I ordered a computer game titled Dark Reign The Future of War for my son on March 4. The confirmation e-mail states that it could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Well it has now been a total of 8 weeks and I still have not received the game. I have sent a letter through www.planetfeedback.com and still have gotten no response. I have tried daily for three weeks to enter their website which no longer seems to active.

They have my money and now I want my merchandise. I work very hard and struggle to make ends meet. So when I was able to make a purchase for my son I was so happy because I was making him happy. I am the working poor and cannot afford to lose money. Believe me I can do alot with $7.00.
