Penn Foster School
This School has been a NIGHTMARE!

I enrolled in this school for an on line class in December. I have complained repeatedly about issues with the instructors, exams, text, shipping and the reponses I get concerning these issues.

I never receive my shipments when I am suppose to. When I take exams and ask for help finding the information I got incorrect, I get absolutely NO response or they send me an answer that has NOTHING to do with the question I ask.

The exam questions do not correspond with the information in the text. The questions do not include enough information to find the answer in the text. I miss questions when I use the exact wording in the text but I get no response when I question this or they state " the grade stands" when I gave the correct answer but they still mark it wrong.

This had been the MOST frustrating school I have EVER dealt with and I am to the point that I just want to finish and get it over with. I WILL NOT recommend this school to anyone... If you want to take a class PLEASE do not enroll in this school. It is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

I even wrote the Board of Directors... And NOTHING has changed! It seems like it got worse when I started complaining. I made lower grades and it took longer for my essay questions to be answered. I feel like I have been discriminated against and the instructors are bullying me for speaking about the issues that I have experienced.
