Empire screwed me over beyond belief

I was going to college at the empire school in eden prarie, Minnesota. I was being bullied and had notified the school athorities about these girls, but in turn they kicked ME out. So, to get back into another school I need my transcripts that the corperation is holding hostage. They want me to pay 4,000 dollars to get these transcripts. They will send you "transcripts" that another college wont take because they wont send you the seal on them and you have to pay 10 dollars everytime to get these non-offical transcripts but they wont send you them until 30 days after. Everytime I have called (which has been practicly everyday since january '09) they have transfered me to someone who hasn't been there. They even go as far as yelling at you for calling them when they are the ones who wont get there stuff straight. And to top this all off, the empire school in eden prairie minnesota kicked me out, and didn't record it on their files so i dropped below 70% which is being dropped instead of kicked out and so thats why they are saying i owe the 4,000 dollars. That is not my fault. So if i got "dropped" why are they telling schools i'm not allowed to come there for the fact of why they "kicked me out"
this doesn't make any sense.
