This school was a rip off

I attended Harrison Career Institute back in 2003 and yet to obtain my certification from them. I paid for my certification for the medical assistant program I was in. I also took a CPR class which they never gave me my certification that I passed as well as my certification for medical assistant. All they gave me was a medical assistant diploma. Now that they went out of business can someone help me not only do I not have my documents but I also have to pay my loan back. Please any lawyer involved I will testify I need help.
