Ripoff. Misreprestation of services, have not gotten refund yet. Fraudulent ripoff business

I was charged over 200 dollars out of my account for a credit card that was suppose to be $2,500.00 and receive it and their package in 20 days. It took 3 months to get package and no credit card. Now I am waiting for refund and it has taken over 6 weeks
