Ripoff scam con artists

My VISA Debit Card was charged on April 18 in the amount of $149.95 by MWI Essentials.

I have not purchase anything from this vendor, nor authorized anyone to use my VISA card.

Neither have I heard of this vendor before until now.
I called my Credit Union and certified unauthorized charge to my Checking Account (the VISA card was linked to).

Please include my report in filing a usacomplaints.com.
