Ripoff victimized many consumers

I am a single struggling mothr of three small children, i recieved a credit card offer in the mailfrm first premier stating that I could re-establish my credit and I fell for it! When i finally recieved my card I had a balance of $75.00 and owed 2 x's that without making any purchases now im obligated to pay a bill or suffer a black mark on my credit. Please read the fine print!!!
