Now their phones are disconnected

We were convinced to buy a plan to find funding for our sons college education. He starts college in the Fall of 2009. We have yet to receive anything more than news letters with small scholarships with ridiculous requirements. Now when you try to call the office, their phones have been disconnected. There is no way to get in touch with anyone, not that they would do anything for you. We have received financial aid on our own through his university. The FAFSA is not difficult to fill out as they implied. It only took minutes online after the tax return was completed. We could have used the money we spent on tuition.
