Fraudulent ripoff scam business needs

My wife orderd this weight loss patch and it was nothing too it. She try and tryed to call these people back for 2 weeks and no responce. Now a collection agenty as come into the picture wanting 199.95 and they were very rude and would not work with us. Then I found this a the people who also has been rip off. I would be more than happy if we all filed a civil suet about this. Its a shame this happens and no one wants to do anything about it.
