Lenox Capitol Rip Off ripoff business from hell

I also have been waiting for a refund from these scumbags for a few months, first they said they never got my refund request then I sent it certified and it was signed for. After reading everboys woes here today, I called to get the home phone number of the person who signed for my letter, guess what? It was an employee of mail boxes etc. I have his home number and will call a few more times so he gets to hear from me personally as I talked to someone other then him who lives there. When I called mail boxes etc. And asked why one of their personel would sign for a certified letter to a company when I sent it to witha physical adress. I was told that the company has a box there thats what the #387 is in the adress. I am ripping mad and any help would be appriciated. Please us the rebuttal key to contact me.
