UNDER delivers but doesn't want you to cancel

John Cummuta talks a good game but unfortunately he doesn't backup what he preaches. His membership site, www.thesuccessnetwork.com doesn't offer much of anything but has a monthly recurring fee of $29.95. When I attempted to cancel, I received an email saying I needed to call them, I assume so they could talk me into staying on with them.

I suggest before you sign up for their substandard site, you read the small print in their terms and conditions. Even though they give you a link to cancel, the link only takes you to a page telling you to call them. Nowhere does it actually say you can't cancel by sending them an email, but until you actually call them, they will continue to automatically bill.

To make matters worse, when you do call to say you want to cancel, their office girl, Cindy, is a very nasty piece of work, but in order to cancel, you have to talk to her. So, first you get a worthless website, then you are rudely treated when you try to cancel. Unfortunately, Cummuta appears to be showing people only how to make HIM money.
