Rips off writer deceptive company

I have been waiting for two years for a copy of Pen Pusher Publications book "good Times." I paid $149 for the book after they told me they would publish my poem "BeneathThe Brightest Star of Heaven. I paid them to copyright it as well. I have comtinually e-mailed them, only to get no reponse. I want my money back and some assurane that my poem has not be sold.
