RUDE HARASSING EMPLOYEES THAT PRAY ON KIDS that struggle in school and then make unauthorized charges to parents credit card acoounts with misleading info 10025 Mesa Rim Rd

Wordsmart is a big scam who will use your own childs school as an excuss to call. They will make you feel like you need to make your childs test score better by buying into their scam. I agreed to the first package of cds. And was charged 165. My son did not open the box. When you call to cancel you get a recording and no one returns your phone calls. But the cds keep coming and you get charged. I refused all additional cds and sent them back. After 3 months of calling them finally got a LIVE RUDE PERSON. I still am disputing charges on my credit card. They were very misleading and targeted a child. That really makes me mad. I spoke to a LIVE person on January 12. Today is Feb 24 and the same rude agent called me at home at 830pm eastern time and told me he is sending me back the cds that I RETURNED. He said that they are non refundable. I never signed anything or opened first package I have no agreements with him. He is harassing me 6 weeks later. I will refuse all items from their company and refuse all charges. I also closed my credit card. Why is he allowed to Harass me after I canceled my acoount with his company, I never agreed to anything with him.
