Your E-Bay product arrived too late. I found another product to replace it. I received your letter from Anne Deeb on 1/26/09 acknowedging that you received and processed the return. I have USPS confirmation that it was signed for by Michael P. Dunn. I want you to credit my account and VISA. I don't want to participate in any other offers. I have filed a claim with Direct TV VISA for the charges but I am awaiting a response from you. I have told my VISA people to block all future charges. I extremely disturbed by my inability to contact you by phone. Everytime I have attempted to contact you by phone it has been busy, unable to talk to because of caller volume, or closed. I just want you to credit my account and VISA for the return. Thank You...
