Kim Flowers - John Robert Powers
Breach of contract, refuses to refund

We signed a three-year contract with Kim Flowers when she was doing business as a John Robert Powers franchise in Reno, NV. The contract cost us thousands of dollars and was paid in full. She abruptly closed her doors a year ago with the false promise that those of us with contracts would be provided an alternate means of receiving the training promised and paid for.

However, that was a complete lie. No arrangements were made at all. She has ignored all of my attempts to contact her to discuss a refund of my money. She had a wonderfully talented group of individuals in the Reno area that she ripped off and left high and dry. I am now attempting mediation and if that doesn't work (which I doubt it will) I will sue her in small claims court.

She may have a heart of gold when it comes to her kids down in Vegas, but she broke the hearts of many children up here in Reno.
