Rip-off Information about the pending Bankruptcy case

I just visited a site that was posted by the attorney for Gibson Trust Inc. I doesn't sound too good for all of us that have been ripped off. It states that unless you have filed a Proof of Claim form there is little chance of recouping any losses, and even in the event that individuals have filed a form we are considered unsecured debt and the IRS will be paid before we are if there is anything left.
