Person who runs the school, ripped me off when I didn't renew more classes

The long and the short of the story is that the woman who booked the classes I attended is a dishonest person (and I use the word loosely in her case) who wouldn't let me into a classroom after I told her I no longer wished to renew my classes. I believe she has done this with other students too.

Here's her scam: she asks students if they want to renew classes and if they say no, she lies to them about the time of the class and rips them off.

In my case, I turned up to class and she said that I was already late for the class. This was a total lie. I told her she was mistaken that my class was at the usual time and she denied it. It was a 2-hour class (two classes had been put together) and she said she sent the teach home. I was 15 minutes early to the normal scheduled class - so even if what she said was true (which it wasn't) I was only 15 minutes into 1 2 hour class. She didn't offer to renew my classes or pay me compensation. She just ripped me off.

I asked her to send me the email confirmation where we had agreed to the earlier time and she said it was on her home computer. The same day she sent me a fabricated email saying that the class had been altered. Right away it looked suspect to me. I didn't remember any such email. She also fabricated an email from me where i supposedly said "ok".

How stupid and dishonest can you get? I looked up the time and date when she said the email had been sent and there was no such email. She had blatantly re-writen an email that I sent and tried to pass it off as if I had written it. It would have been simply dishonest to have fabricated the email and sent it to someone else; but she actually sent it to me!!! That gives her the special distinction of being both stupid and dishonest!

I said to her, its rare you meet someone genuinely stupid, rarer still that you meet someone deeply dishonest and unusal to meet someone genuinely cold and awful. I said, in her case I had met someone who has all those traits.

Its also worth noting that she was incredible inflexible. If ever i needed to cancel or postpone a class she acted like i had taken the biggest liberty imaginable. The school is small and classes are often empty but she would act like every class was packed to capacity if i asked her for another day.
