Attempting Wage Garnishment

I don't know if any one of you how has had past dealing with Windom Professionals can help me, but my loan is in default and they are threatening wage garnishment, can they do that? They are rude and really unwilling to assist in any way. It's borderlinf herassment at this point. I don't want to give them any persoanl information if I don't have to.

I have been struggling for a few years and I'm just seeing the forest through the tress and now this? I've tired to set up a payment plan, but they are being difficult and they want me to take out a loan to pay for this? Hello if I could I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in today. Does anyone have any suggestions?
