Rip-off

I was contacted by 'Joshua' today informaing me I'd got the chance of a holiday after I'd completed a form online. I thought it sounded like a good deal and decided to go ahead. I explained that my funds in my credit card account were low but he said there would be no problem as they would take part payment. Luckily for me my credit card company wouldn't even take the minimum amount they wanted (funds really low).

I was very dubious about the whole thing but would be interested to know if anyone has actually been on one of these promotional holidays and how much it eventually cost them. I am going to phone my credit card company up and explain the situation in case they try taking the money when I have enough funds in the account. If necessary I will cancel the credit card to avoid any money being taken from the account at a future date.
