Unauthorized Charges for Software

Same story as everyone else. Purchased basic program, started getting new volumes charged monthly ($60)."Purchases" can not be returned. They stopped the shipments, but it's $180 down the drain. You would be better off buying your child some books and have them actually READ rather than use this software.

Please investigate your sales agreement carefully before doing business with this company. This company is preying on parents who want to do what is best for their children. If you don't send money to Nigerian banks, don't send money to this scam either!
