Used credit card after four Emails saying NOT TO Tampa

I am on SSI disability and a very fixed income because of that. I was told that the 35.00 non refundable admission fee would not be charged to me because of that. I did all their stuff on line till I got to a certain point when it would not let me go ant further without a credit card number.

I went ahead and put the card number on their online entry. I also put serveral notes not to use it until I speak with the admissions expert who told me all would be waived in my case. I sent several (four at least) Emails besides that saying not to charge it.

The next comunication I got from him was thank you for the credit card number now we can procede and I will try to do as promised and not charge it. Well after reading some of the other Rip Off reports it is a good thing I looked into it. I was later told that I could not take the classes I wanted to. I had to take their choice of classes, which all cost to much.

I was given so-called scholarships which were only 10% off. I am not able to make more than 40.00 a month or so in payments. I thought I would get the books in the cost of classes like at Everest Univ. This did not happen either. I can not put out the cash they want for books. It was like being sold your first car, I bet most people can remember that day! Anyway I was walked through all sign up stuff online and I'm not sure what I have done? I will not continue with it now that is for sure just because of the bad feeling I have from someplace that is over 1500 miles from me.

I have been through several Rip Offs and this sure seems like the only thing these people are truely interested in is your money. I'm not a good writer and only a GED for an education but I know it is not a good idea to do business here. Thanks for letting me say it some where.
