Stephen Young ripoff, mail offer scam, bad business practices

Responded to personal and unsolicited mail order advertisement that guaranteed offer for publication "Secret Cash Giveaways... Money Directory". If order was sent within 7 days 18 special reports on the same subject would also be sent free as part of this offer.

I sent Communications Publications a personal check for $23.90 in early January as of mid March I still have not received the publication, acknowledgement, receipt or any further information.

Upon finding this offer and company listed under "Rip-Off" businesses I corresponded to the company and requested a return of my money.
