Ripoff business from hell

My home is currently under/being sheiff sale in May I have done everything to try and work my mortage out with/through Fairbanks Capt Corp, do to my wife loosing her job (do to economy, 9/11 attack) then I got/was laid off, our income went way down, (I then suffered a nervous break down and now have recournt major depression do to the stress) I did everything in my power to work anything out with fairbanks, (only to end up like now) I've begged fairbanks to help me get refinanced only to no avail! Fairbanks took appond themselfs to work/make an agreement

I couldn't afford (1200.00 bi wkly, and I don't make that much amonth) then fairbanks acussed me of spending my mortage payment on beer and cigerates (and I do neither) fairbanks also took it as far as asking my children questions about income and then told my children about my payments being behind! Fairbanks even hired "personal people" (acting like business men/women) to come to my home and leave messages (these people do not talk or nothing) that read"Call now", so I do and it always ends-up in a fight and I hang up on them. Ronda Valencia is one of the (fairbanks loan servicing center) person I have dealt with, she was the one whom made the 1200.00 biwkly payments to be made, how would I feed/care for my 3children? (she, nor fairbanks don't care)

Currently, I applied for public housing and yet I've heard nothing. I pray and hope God holds a good future for my family and I, nobody needs this mistreatment! I bought my home to enjoy, watch my children grow in my/there own home, only to end like this! I wish there was help out there, for I never dreamed of loosing my home over greed and ingnorance!
