Ripoff billing for things I didn't do

I am receiving bills for things I didn't do...

I got a bill for 48.90 they say I went to something with adult content and agreed to pay-per-view it. I never did. It is not even my correct phone # they are claiming I used. The address is also incorrect that they say is mine. What should I do?
