When I saw that Liberty had charged us for three months I got Verizon to get them on the line. They agreed to refund two of the three months. The rep from Verizon then told me that we wouldn't have to pay ANY of the bogus charges, whether or not Liberty issued a refund. I also gave the Verizon rep the address of the page that contains these reports.
Call your phone company and get them to help put these crooks out of business! You don't have to pay for services that you didn't request.
