Ripoff false advertising & lies

I applied for a credit/mastercard and never heard from them again. I have called and wrote to the requesting a refund and they have lied constantly. I followed all procedured they asked me to do to get a refund and received nothing.

This company is falsely advertising and ripping people off. I contacted the BBB and they investigated and finally gave up. I have sent they a next day letter as well and still no response.

I have now filed a case in court and waiting to find out the results. This company uses a P. O Box to cover up for the dirt they are doing. I have found a address and hopefully it is correct. Now waiting to see if i will get my money back.
