American Bartending Institute Rip-off Would not refund money for merchandise returned back within 7 days & was very abused

I Returned Merchandise in accordance with their instructions for full refund. No responses in over a week. They agreed to fax me a Refund/Testimonial form. But still did not response. I had to get my father to call them. They were very rude and unprofessional.
