AKA MWI Essentials ripoff double charge fraudulant charging of account ripped of a daycare

As we took a careful look at the books we noticed a double charge from a company we had never heard of under two different names... Seemed suspicious and after further investigation come to find out that we haven't had any contact with this business.
They have some how gotten our information and used to to make a faudulant charge not once, but twice under two different names. We run a Non-profit child education center and have no need for this paticular service which made it easier to identify... We are seeking further action and suggest who ever else runs across these guys to do the same.
