Lying crook operators on the phone...
I foolishly filled out their free credit report application. I didn't receive a free credit report. Was charged $79.95 on 2/12/02.
Just received this months credit card statement. To my amazement, another $79.95 was charged on 1/11.03 (not even a whole year from the first charge). I called the number listed (877/513-4175); operators were rude, uncooperative and offered no satisfaction.
Page down thru the consumer complaints (approximately 2/17/03), look for information on a lawsuit to be brought against this company and join it if possible.
