Www.The Praise Factory.com is a Rip-off

Www.The Praise Factory.com Did not receive any product after payment. On January 27 I ordered two t-shirts from this website. On February 15 the check I sent for payment was cashed and posted to my account.

As of today I haven't received my shirts yet. I got on their website to get an email address or phone number where I could find out if they sent my shirts out, because I figured they could have went to a wrong address or something happened to them in the mail. I would just like to know what happened.

Their website says "All questions are generally answered within the hour during normal business hours..." I emailed them Tuesday, and again on Wednesday during normal business hours and I havent had any response from them yet.

I love the shirts they sell on their site, they are meaningful and hard to find, I would have loved for this to be a reliable company. I bet if I were a fund raising project ordering 50 t-shirts for my group I would've got a reply.

I don't like to complain or give people a hard time, but I feel like they could have at least told me they sent out my order and they're sorry I didn't receive it, or they're backed up and haven't got to my order yet. Something
