Withdrawals from bank account

11/17/08 They said charge for cd would be $1.95 But withdrew $58.61 and the same day 11/21/08, I ordered a cd they said would be $2.95 but they withdrew another $58.61 on 11/21/08.

Every time I call their number this is what happens.

When the number answers, the recording says; "to discontinue this call hang up or hold the line for more options."

When I hold on, someone picks up the phone and hangs up!!!

I have done this repeatedly and they hang up each time!!!

I would like satisfaction in the form of prosocution of these persons and my money back.
