AMDG took money for tuition and just stopped paying it back!

At least i dont deel like my friend and i are the only ones now that ive visited this website.

AMDG also took 4500 dollars from me to prepay for school. Promissing that prepaying for school sould bump me up in line for a positon in their Conductor Training Program.

I paid my money on Febuary 20 2007 and theyreceived it on feb. 22. Let the waiting games begin. I waited and was given the run around untill september 19th of 07 when i contacted Pam shubert and was sent my Withdrawl Refund Request form. I filled the form out and sent it back to AMDG on the 21st of sept. I also was told that it would take 8-10 week to receive the refund money. After weeks of the run around i received a letter saying that AMDG was unable to refund me my money in one lump sum and need to enter into a contracted refund Agreement. I felt as i paid in a lump sum is should be refunded in a lump sum.

I singed the contract after faxing it to my lawer and being told that it was a sound cantract that if need to be taken to court i would be protected.

The contract was set up in 5 payments. Ireceived the first $500 payment, The second $500 payment, The third payment was going to be $700 and i only received $200, the forth was going to b for $1000 and i received $100. The Fith payment was for the balance of the tuition, intrest of 7.5% over the time they had my money and a $300 conciderations for entering into the contract with AMDG!

Sounds like ive goten back more than alot of people on this site but if its not all my money its not enough!
