Bad service -harrassed customer

BE CAREFULLY T / THIS PEOPLE - my spouse and that I are becoming A therapy from ECE. They screwed-up and today it appears they need us to cover again ($215) for them to accomplish the analysis we currently taken care of. They're really arrogant and may care less about their clients. When there is another option for others requiring this support, I'd go. I'd never suggest this business to anybody. I'm sending my remarks and issues towards the university we're coping with so that they do not suggest ECE both. Or atleast present others a caution and reduce their objectives.
