On December 23rd. I spoke to someone that said his name was Mel Stringer of Royal Merchandising. I told this person that i had already been ripped off by another company that i had ordered leather jackets from. This person told me that they had the best leather jackets and he quoted me a price for five lamb leather jackets. He gave me the cost per jacket and shipping charges. He gave me this po box to send him a postal money order to the attention of Tony. He told me that i would receive this order by the next friday after Christmas and before New Years.
I sent a postal money order for 177.58 by overnite mail. I called him the next day to see if the postal money order was receive and according to him it was not. According to Mr. Stringer he receive the postal money order the day after Christmas and again i asked for a date for me to receive my products. He told me that i would receive my products by the next thursday or friday after new years.
When i did not receive my products by this time i called him several times and each time getting excuses and at least once he tried to make it seem that it was my fault. I told him that i followed his instructions to the letter. After numerous phone calls i sent him a fax letter once again requesting my order. AFTER the fax there was another message left on his voive mail threathen him with my attorney if i did not receive my merchandise by that next friday, which was January 17th.
On January 22nd i receive 2 Roman Rock Design ladies leather jackets. My order was for five lamb leather jackets, three female and two male jackets. I not order any thing but lamb jackets that how he conned me to make this order in the first place. I have lost much time and money dealing with this issue and will do hopefully a better job of checking out the next vendor. As of this date i have not receive any explanation or refund from this so-called company.
