Illegal ripoff scam steals money from personal bank accounts

My bank account reflected an unauthorized debit by MWI Essentials in the amount of $119.95 on 1/21/03. I immeiately called the company and was told that when I placed an order for OxyClean, back in February I had agreed to their program.

This is a complete lie. I was told to fax a copy of my current bank statement to them and they will credit my account. As of today, 1/27/03, my account still has not been corrected. I now have several overdraft fees from automatic (authorized) bankdrafts as a result of MWI Essentials' unauthorized debit.

I found this site by just doing a search. Obviously this has happened to several people. I don't understand how this illegal activity can continue if so many people have been violated. Please report this behavior if it has happened to you.
