If you don't provide a written cancellation notice, they will bill you for the next month.in my case, I was billed early, before the date they were supposed to bill me. I did send an email informing them of my intent to cancel my renewal. So they will bill you early, and then say, "sorry, no refunds". So, if you don't want to use the tutoring sessions, you won't get a refund. Be careful! They won't return phone calls either, and when he finally did (after I called the corporate office), very rude.
