Money kept for services NOT provided!

I ended up dropping out of University of Phoenix because I was in the "join a friend" program and the teacher, even though my friend and I requested it, did not put us in the same learning team.By this time I had pretty much had enough of UoP anyway, so I dropped out. I only posted a few times with questions to the teacher regarding learning team assignment and in my team folder to tell the team I was dropping. This all happened the first day or two of "class."

I paid $1,620 in CASH and UoP refunded all but $384. I do NOT believe they should be allowed to keep $384 for doing absolutely nothing. They provide a SERVICE to consumers and they did NOT provide ANY service to me so I do not believe they should be allowed to profit from their bad faith attempt to provide education. I filed a complaint with BBB but it did not go anywhere because I did receive a partial refund.

I will do anything in my power to bring justice to all who have been victimized by this horrible college. If anyone knows how to begin a class action I am all ears (and eyes). I will do some research to see what it may take but if someone else already knows that would be great.
