Children Rip-off in ALL public school children of ALL ages face abusers (teachers) without parents being notified Lousville

Kentucky Schools can question and have your child confront abusers even sexual abuse from teachers without the knowledge of or support of parents!

Through personal research and knowledge I have learned that Kentucky schools have and can take your child into a room full of counselors, school staff, accused teacher, and teacher representative without the knowledge of or presence of a parent or guardian.

This means that a kid that says or CAN PROVE that a teacher has been abusive to them is facing all of these adults with only "School" support of a counselor and other staff member.

Then this child (of any age and mental state, including previous abuse sexual or otherwise), faces the teacher or staff member alone!!!

Schools and reps say that the counselor and staff are the child's support system.

They compare this type of questioning to a parent being accused of abuse, therefore parents are not allowed to be in the room, bullsh*t. I am not being accused and I should be there at least waiting to comfort and be there for my child.

Through emails, person to person contact, and research I can find no written policy regarding this issue.

Also a teacher who is PROVEN to have assaulted or harrassed a child is permitted the right to privacy and Cannot be located once the case is over, you can find out the results of your case, what actions may be taken and such but you CANNOT find out if and where the teacher has been moved to!

My case was proven the teacher did make sexual advances. An outright abuse of power and still this person can be allowed to teach other places and students. Not only that he can go to the state and apply for a license to teach younger students as well.

What kind of person makes sexual advances to a student that took the proper steps and even loudly stated that "Did you know it is inappropiate for a teacher to touch a student? Harrass That student day after day in front of witnesses, and destroys that child's trust and faith in adults is allowed to continue until when? When will this policy and others that protect this type of PROVEN abuser be stopped, what does this man have to do before Kentucky Schools will fight for my child???
