No support, garbage products, nothing but trouble; the fraudulent ripoff scam business that doesnt give a dam tricked and lied to us...

Bought computer for 1700.00 in dec. Computer never worked proper since day one. Already replace motherboard, memory, hard drive, mouse, 3 emergency recovery disc.

After spending countless hours on hold with technical support and waiting weeks for replacement parts and weeks for service tech's. This has been the worst expierence in my life. Now this computer powers off on its own, scanner and printer does not work...

Please help me!!!
