PFG Of Minnesota - Kaplan University
Asking for money after I have graduated and paid in full!

Kaplan University of Florida is using PFG of Minnesota as their collection agent. They call every day and won't listen to your side of the story.in addition, since I have been sent to the collection agency, I can't speak to anyone at Kaplan about the situation! My emails and phone calls go unanswered. This has been going on for about six months now! I even have the ledger card from KU to show that my bill was paid in full! What gives!?!?!
