JD Marvel Products ripoff slow prossessing liars Champlain

My husband ordered 2 pairs of suade bedroom slippers on 10/20/02. These were to be Christmas presents. Our check was deposited in their account 10/29/02. I called the company December 18 to ask about delivery date and was told "it was mailed today."

Ha! It is now January 2 and I still don't have the shipment! What's with this company? They can't stay in business with such sorry dealings and lies as this! Please warn others that this is a bad company to buy from as they may never see their merchandise!
