Consumer First ripoff, unscrupulous, uncaring, manipulative group of "individuals" I have been in contact with in a long time. The business that doesnt give a dam screwed others too cheated employees and screwed the customers even more outlandish ripoff late fees mistreated and ripped off political corruption abused & mistreated screwed others too outlandish ripoff late fees false promises fraudulent ripoff business evil dirt bags rip off scam con artists victimized many consumers Tampa Florida...

I recieved a letter in the mail from a company called Consumer First, based out of Tampa, FL, and Mr. Robert Stevens is listed as an employee of the Approval Department. My letter stated that I was approved for a Platinum Card with a $5,000 limit, 0%APR for 1st 12 months. I found the letter to be odd, since I did not apply for the card, there was no post mark on the envelope, the card did not state if it would be a Visa, Discover, etc. Also, there was no phone number, no internet address, and no questions asked.

I was glad to be considered for a card, only if it was legitimate. It makes me wonder how many people had fallen for the scam. Which is exactly what it is. People that are pulling these scams need to be in jail and pay for their wrongdoings. I am so glad I was suspicious enough to check out the internet and find out for myself, I was not alone in recieving this letter, and even felt more relieved that this information about the scam was posted on usacomplaints.com.

All I can say is watch out who you give your money to.By the way, the company only wanted $45.00 to activate my card. Everyone needs to check out any company before sending any money. I know I work hard for my money to help some scamer take it away.
