After being led to this website by an advocate, I confronted Constance Ashton with the article posted at this site. I asked for a rebuttal or explanation. I did not get a satisfactory response. I would have let this go but I looked further into this firm.in business under 1 year, they have been affiliated with the now defunct RAPHAEL GROUP of PA. (leaving their clients out of luck and money). Timmins and Ashton, formerly of Merrill-Adams (a group listed many times on this site) also now defunct and having left many clients high and dry and out of luck." A ROSE BY ANY OTHER NAME IS A ROSE ".

Someone stop this guy or at least monitor his ethics.
