Drive Financial aka First City Funding Corp ripoff VIOLATIONS

Same pretty much as the above complaints with some additions

Only, my husband sent in a payment

They sent out a repo man who claimed to be a county processor for the court and that my husband had to turn the car over or he would arrest him. My husband tried to video tape him because he could not see, he could not identify him. This person (turned out to be working for Drive) told him that it was illegal to record him and to turn off the camera. (This is on VIDEOTAPE!!!)

My husband went to get the phone, and tried to close our front door and the "county processor" said that he would arrest him if he closed his front door. This repo man then walked into my house without our permission and walked around our house on the inside. He refused to show ID and demanded the car My husband had co-signed someone for a car that defaulted on the loan. Drive also forgot to notify him.

Instead... They waited six months to tell him the loan was defaulted on. My husband is blind, and when they informed him that the car was being repossessed, his payment sent in, didnt matter. They accepted the payment, and pursued repossession.

Yesterday we had several calls within fifteen minutes of each other from a caller who refused to give id of the company calling... Just said her name was SUMMER asking for the person who owed the debt. (who doesn't live here btw) aparently this same person did the same thing to several other family members unrelated to this debt IN ANOTHER STATE!!!

This debt was incurred before our marriage and they're now calling here asking for me I cannot wait for this nightmare to be over with.
