ICS / Imperial Consumer Services credit card FRAUDS no information, doesnt pick up the phone, deadbeats waiting for this to come back around to them ripoff

So this hindu guy that can hardly speak any english and sucks at making any sense whatsoever calls me one day and babbles about some damn credit card. Of course being the sucker that i was, i agreed to pay the stupid 259.00 enrollment fee. I tried to have my bank stop the transaction after a couple of days later when i changed my mind, but of course, it didnt happen. So days later, i never got a letter saying welcome to the club or whatever the hell and havent heard from these s.O.B. S since. I ended up digging up the number that "Shandro" gave me and tried calling. WEIRD? No reply from them! These people really suck and if i didnt live so friggin far away from florida id go stick a good ole idaho potato up every one of their asses.
