Ripoff business

I Have been dealing with this unorganized company since last April. First off they lost all my sensetive credit documents so for the first couple of months I was sending in payments that they were just sitting on because nobody knew what to do with them yet they didn't bother to call me and let me know there was a problem.
I had to call them and rave and complain and threaten to pull by buisness for months before they finally got everything straight and the proposals out. Then they still messed up by setting everything up for the wrong date.

Now I have made 2 payments that my creditors haven't recieved and my creditors have now all dropped my from th program I had to work so hard to get arranged.
I have been trying for several weeks now to get a hold of someone but they're phone service keeps looping me back to the main menu, nobody responds to the faxes I've sent, and my e-mails keep getting returned as undeliverable. My creditors are calling daily and I don't have the money because I sent it to Gibson Trust.

I came to this company for help because due to medical bills we were financial over-extended and I wanted to do something to keep our credit safe. This company has only cost me more money in late fees and other charges and has acctually damaged our credit instead of helping. Thanks to the unorganized incompetence of this company christmas this year has been ruined for my family.

I don't what else to do or where to turn. At this point I just want to get the money they have from me back so I can pay off my creditors and get everything current. All I know to do is to file a report with the BBB.
If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know. If there is anything I can do to help close down this buisness and protect others from this tragedy please let me know.
