Exposes personal information. Lies. Very angry and likes to threaten to sue

I bought an audio book through an auction and found it a hassle to complete the transaction. Her invoice directed me to a non-secure site that claims to be secure.

Would you put your credit card number in this non-secure form?

I ended up sending a cashiers check and waitiing quite a while for my delivery. I left negative feedback on the transaction and she sent me the following email:

You, nothef*cker, know very well that we fully disclose our terms in the listing and kindly ask not to bid if you do not accept, our charges are in full compliance with the ebay rules, and you have at least 4 options of secured payment. NOw, kitch, we will sue for intentional interference with existing contractual interest since your sricking feedback affects our business, we are loosing about $5.000 per month because of you and we will sue you for the full amount. Our court filing will be mailied to you, pretino, shortly. Thank you

She must be educated by Ronald Reagan University, she can't spell, and seeing that she managed to lose $5000.00 per month the day after I left feedback, she can't do math either.

Now she has reported me as a non-paying buyer. I replied with the cashiers check number and the date it cleared, but she still put the no-pay strike against me. I am sure I can get it removed since I have proof, but the whole thing just isn't worth it. There are plenty of audio books from acredited authors. Why waste your money on a home made burned CD that was recorded in a classroom lecture. (I wonder if the speaker knew he was being recorded.)
