Instructors are very degrading, disrespectful, and are very unapproachable to the students PLUS

I am enrolled in the surgical technology program at sanford brown. This school by far is the worst i have ever seen and been to. From the dean to the instructors. Mind u this program is costing me $23,000 a very large amount of money! Since the start novemeber 12 we have seen 3 different instructors because the instructor we had either quit or others got fired. Now there is a new instructor hired 2-3 weeks ago ms. Monique that is very disrespectful and very unapproachable. U ask her a question instead of playing the instructor roal she attacks u and jumps down your throat. Nothing i do is done correctly in her eyes! Instead of asking the instructors questions to better understand my self and other classmates choose to no longer to ask questions. What happend to constructive critisism these days. Sanford brown i guess believes in deconstructive critisism. I have reported the issues to the head of the program and she kept the issue to her self never notify any higher person. I wanted to drop from this program a long time ago but they told me if i left i was still responsible for the 23,000 even though the contract said i would get a refund at the date i wanted to withdrawl from the program. Some thing needs to be done.
