Ordered 2006 IRC comentary CDs, charged right away and recieved a invoice via e-mail showing UPS ground delivery. Several weeks passed no UPS tracking number so I e-mailed an inquiry on order status, no response. I called and got their voice mail. Googled Contractor-books.com and saw them on usacomplaints.com so I called Visa and disputed the charge...
