Rip-ioff dishonest advertising. Evanston illinois

Ad was for 2 12-ounce monthly coffee selections plus grinder for introductory offer of $9.00. No other pricing was given. Received package May 4 - they charged my credit card $34.00!! Two days later received 2nd package with 2 bags of coffee beans. For that they charged my card $48.95. Neither package contained any papers showing the amounts charged. On May 13, they charged my account again for $48.95 for which I have received nothing. This is certainly not the "monthly" schedule or the money that they advertised. When I called them, I was told they did not have to send any invoices because it was put on my credit card. I surely am entitled to know what I am being charged. I don't know what name the legal authorities would give to such practices, but is certainly is not honest!!!
